At HOUSEPLANT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new greenery and home accents. If your plant arrives in less-than-perfect condition or you change your mind about an accessory, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repackage the items in their original shipping materials to ensure safe transit, especially for live plants and fragile ceramics.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
