What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, simply send us a photo within 30 days and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
When will my order be shipped?
To minimize time in transit, we typically ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you provide care instructions for each plant?
Yes, every plant comes with a detailed digital care guide covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity preferences to help your new houseplant thrive.
